LIST A TOKENIZED PROPERTY
Coming soon - you will be able to list your tokenized U.S. property (real estate) on our site as a way to market it. It won't matter where you tokenized it, unless that place has been flagged as non-trustworthy.

We also are CURRENTLY tokenizing properties as a service - simply assisting in the process. We use www.Spydra.app which is an economical solution which we trust. They currently charge $1000 per listing. However, we can give you a discount if you use our service!
Depending on the situation, we can help you tokenize for as little as $750, which does not include legal or other 3rd party fees. This price will increase on Sept. 1, 2026. And the current price may be higher depending on your deal.
