I am a real, honest person. I am not a scammer. I am open*, honest, and try to be a person of integrity. I also want to be one of the best representatives of true Christianity (i.e. a true follower of Jesus Christ of Nazareth).
I like the philosophy I see behind the SEC - I see they also promote and honor openness and honesty. I believe the whole world can benefit if we all could be more open and honest. Yet I know it takes all kinds to make our world; so not everyone is born to be open. I get it.

I am now semi-retired and fortunately can work more now on stuff that I am passionate about, without having to focus on making a living. That brings me to this website. Here I want to help people. Especially those who would like to invest in real estate but are just struggling to pay the rent and take care of their kids. I call them the Lil People. Lil (little) in terms of wealth. Not little in any other way.
That brings us to fractional real estate investing. It makes it possible for "Lil People" to get a foothold - to actually own a piece of real estate! After spending most of my adult life looking for ways to do just that, finally in 2024, it's happening.
